This includes preparing annual budgets, providing ongoing results analysis and forecasting, and driving prioritization of investments through quantitative business justification.
  • Customer Experience: The CMO will drive continuous improvement in the customer experience for One Click's brands, building a strategic roadmap for evolving each brand's online shopping experience and overall presence in web and mobile channels. Providing top-notch quality experiences for One Click's customers is paramount.
  • Brand Stewardship: The CMO will ensure that brand standards are developed and adhered to across all customer touch points, and that each of One Click's brands deliver on its brand promises.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team: One Click is growing and has aggressive goals to continue to grow the business. Qualifications:
  • Full alignment with our core values
  • 10+ years experience in digital marketing or related disciplines with 3-5 years experience leading a team (online retail experience a plus)
  • Proven track record in bringing a blend of creativity, business acumen, and passion to produce successful, innovative, and cost effective campaigns
  • Strong experience with a wide range of digital marketing activities, including but not limited to email, social, SEM, SEO, and affiliate
  • Metrics-driven and ROI-focused with a disciplined, analytical approach to management and decision-making based on facts and data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel -- you should love spreadsheets and lots of data
  • High energy individual with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc) and testing/optimization techniques
