We are seeking a creative and innovative Marketing Manager to design and implement strategic marketing programs that will drive progress toward market development objectives and contribute to attaining related sales goals. Utilizing a range of progressive tactical techniques, the Marketing Manager will build brand awareness through a consistent approach and creation of valuable content.

Primary Qualifications:
1. Progressive experience and success in a marketing leadership role in a “business-to-business” service setting.
2. Three or more years’ practical experience in marketing management.
3. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a marketing-oriented major is preferred.
4. Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Expertise in client relationship development and confidence delivering presentations.
6. Prior extensive experience with inbound marketing, web-based tools and social media. Must have proficiency with Photoshop and MS Publisher. Experience with InDesign preferred.
7. Adaptability to produce expected results under dynamic circumstances.
8. A passion for innovation and service excellence.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading a comprehensive marketing effort across twelve branches in a three state region.
2. Actively supporting the efforts of business development managers in each market through lead generation, proposal management, sales support material creation, and presentation development.
3. Driving diversified market development through development of valuable resources/content, insightful opportunity and market analysis, a focused and refined proposal process and management of an integrated CRM platform.
4. Daily collaboration with executive leadership.
