“marketers must prove that they able close business in a market for own company. With global economy and company financials periods up & down. Marketers find out Good timing to prove they reach to bottom line for closing business. Vice versa in bad time they have big challenge and company expectations from marketers and set a miles-stone meet in given period. Goals and marketer’s contribution in marketing activities “engaging”, “developing customer strategy”, “handle customer experience for improve business”.”

For many marketers, digital marketing uncomfortable to handle. In past, we have much easily marketing roadside billboard, magazine or TV advertising. With current and developing digital marketing capability, marketers get extraordinary access to huge amount of database to measure own accuracy where we are & what to do? But this is not easy.

Marketers must understand “how to get desired outcomes with showing activity performance to demanding an increase budget for campaign.” Target not connect (means matched) with activity metrics & performance define by marketer’s strategy, then both will need to re-create.

I have some metrics measure marketing’s activities:

·         How many marketing campaigns ran last quarter?

·         How many hits did we get from our social marketing content?

·         Who downloaded our app?

·         What was the lead’s conversion rate?

·         How many added products did the customer leave the store with?
